Licensed Mental Health Counselor
We are currently hiring a full-time or part-time Licensed Mental Health Counselor. The ideal candidate would possess one of the following: LAMFT, LMSW, LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or LCPC. This candidate would provide mental health counseling in-office Monday through Wednesday and, if desired, telehealth Thursday and Friday. Hours are flexible.
This position pays $30 to $38 per hours depending on experience and type of service provided. I pay couples/family counseling sessions at a higher rate. This position includes paid supervision hours towards licensure.

Intake Coordinator (remote job position)
We are currently hiring a part-time Intake Coordinator. This candidate would work 9am to 12pm Monday through Friday. However, hours could be flexible. This is a remote position so the candidate must be willing to work from home with the option of moving in-office as the practice grows. Candidate must have a private work space to protect the confidentiality of our clients.
This candidate would answer incoming calls and return calls from prospective clients. The candidate would be compassion, patient, and professional. The candidate would facilitate new client paperwork, including e-mailing prospective clients their forms and uploading those forms onto our company electronic health records.
The candidate would also be responsible for scheduling and re-scheduling clients as needed. This candidate have a working knowledge of electronic health records, HIPAA standards, and a working knowledge of computers and technology (i.e. Word Processing, how to use e-mail, including attachments, Microsoft Windows operating system.
This position pays $17 to $18 per hours depending on experience.
