Restart Counseling is an attachment-based and trauma-informed practice. Located in mid-town Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, we work with individuals, couples, families and adolescents to address a wide range of issues, including relational issues, marriage problems, drug or alcohol problems, and trauma.
We work with our clients to help heal past hurts, address trauma and current fears, and build healthy relationships. We can do this even if there’s only one person in counseling.
We work with people who want to understand themselves better — their reactions, emotions, reasons why they drink or use drugs, or even problems succeeding in school or at work.
We are currently a two provider team of mental health professionals. We are licensed in the State of Idaho.
My passion is working with people in the context of their emotional attachment styles in order to help them understand themselves and how they relate with others. Oftentimes, clients come to me with trauma and substance abuse issues. I work with clients to get to the root of their issues so that they can be happy and more fulfilled in their relationships.
I created Restart Counseling with the mission of providing the best quality counseling services that I can.
